We ship via UPS and USPS Monday - Friday. All orders shipped via US Mail require Delivery Confirmation. We ship Worldwide via USPS. We try to get all orders shipped within two business days of receipt of your order, but please allow 7-10 days for receipt of your package. For More Shipping Information, Click Here.Products can be returned at the customer's cost. Once items are received back here in the same condition as received, we will refund your money. There is NO restocking fee! We are a small business with a staff of 7 here to answer your questions and take orders. Every product we offer, we know how to use. 1. Do you ship to my country? We do ship internationally - though we are not able to ship to all countries because of the cost of lost/stolen/missing packages to some countries. If we are able to use Global Priority Mail, then shipping is easier to predict. Small items that fit into a 6X8" flat envelope and up to 4 lbs (1.8kgs) can sometimes be mailed for only $15.00. The flat rate for a medium box, packaged and insured is $50.00. The flat rate for a large box, which holds up to 20lbs (9.2kgs), packaged and insured is $62.00. For Canada and Mexico the rate for a small flat package is $13.00 up to 4 pounds (1.8 kgs), from 4.1 to 20 pounds (1.9kgs to 9.2 kgs) is $30.00 for medium flat rate and $38.00 for large flat rate The cost of international shipping can be prohibitive, but feel free to contact us and we'll see what we can do. For our international friends and customers the estimated cost to ship is assuming the package will be delivered in the US so the actual cost to ship will be in the above described rates 2. When do you ship? Normally, PCE ships Monday through Friday via UPS and USPS - we're closed on weekends and holidays to spend time with the family. We try very hard to ship within 48 business hours of receipt of your order. Orders received Tuesday afternoon through Friday morning are generally shipped that day or the next. 3. Help! I need my order in two days! If there is an "emergency" need to get an order fast, we are happy to ship via faster modes such as Next Day Air, Second Day Air, etc. - just mention in the comments section of the shopping cart that you need the order by a specific date and we will attempt to accommodate your request. 4. When will I get my order? Most of our orders will arrive within just a few days but, just to be safe, please allow 7-10 business days. If that won't be soon enough for you, please consider requesting a faster delivery method.
5. Where are your shipping charges listed? |
We don't have a list of shipping charges, per se - but our shopping cart will give you a fairly close estimate of what shipping will cost for nearly all orders. It isn't perfect, but for a mixed order of 6-10 items, (clay and lighter weight items) it will be pretty accurate. (The estimate will be less accurate on orders which are very small and lightweight, such as 3 packages of UltraThinBond or 2 bottles of Jones Tones glitters, and will be more accurate on larger mixed-weight items.) As you shop, the program on which our cart runs will give you an estimate based first on averages and then weight of items. Because the vast majority of our orders are sent via UPS, the cart begins with a mininum charge of $4.95 - even if the package is to be sent by US Mail and even before you have added any weight to your cart. As you add items to your cart, the program raises the shipping estimate based on the weight of the items that you have selected. The only way to get a more accurate estimate of your shipping charges would be to actually pull and pack your order and weigh it - and time constraints prohibit us from doing that. You are always free to use the shopping cart just to estimate your shipping costs, even if you plan to mail or fax in your order. If you would rather not do that, it may be helpful to you to plan on shipping charges costing approximately 8-10% of your order. |
