I'm working on getting the angel policies together for the various stamps sold by PCE. Still waiting on a couple, but I'll just add them here when I get them:
CREATIVE CLAY STAMPS, BARBARA MCGUIRE STAMPS: 'Angel' stamps - you can make and sell everything handmade, and even copy the image, (as in scanning and coloring the stamped image for transferring onto clay) but you cannot go into commercial production with the design. And of course, you are also prohibited from copying and producing stamps.
POLYFORM: Sculpey Clay TextureSheets:
You can use these sheets in any way that doesn't include mass production or in a way that would re-create the stamp. You can create items for sale from these stamps.
HANKO: Hanko Wood Mounted Rubber Stamps:
Items may only be hand-stamped - mechanical reproduction may only be used for transfer techniques. No mass production, no mechanical reproduction for the purposes of re-creating the stamp. You may create items for sale at local craft shows, but you may not create items to wholesale out to retail outlets.
CLEARSNAP: Rollagraph, Inkums, Molding Mats, Mini Molding Mats:
All designs are intended for personal, non-commercial use. However, permission is granted for commercial use in handmade, one-of-a-kind art works. Mass production or syndication for the purpose of resale or distribution of images in electronic form is strictly prohibited.
